Hilton London Olympia Hotel

Great location near Olympia. Lovely smell and nice decor. Good breakfast selection and attentive staff. Spacious rooms with a great view. Excellent value for money and friendly, posh staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were pleasant and helpful, including the duty manager who quickly changed our room for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries provided. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Baron Court Station and the Kensington Olympia Overground station, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the proximity to Holland Park, the Design Museum, and the Victoria & Albert Museum, which offered endless treasures to explore.

The room was disappointing. It was stuffy and hot, with ineffective air conditioning and no way to properly ventilate the room.

This place is perfectly located in the center of the city, providing easy access to all the main attractions. The staff at the reception desk were very hospitable and attentive, ensuring that everything was just right during my stay. They even provided extra still water at my request. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition as well. the service and attention to detail here were outstanding, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location near beautiful parks and convenient transportation options. Excellent customer service from a helpful and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the variety and taste of the breakfast and the quality of the executive lounge. Appreciated the warm and comfortable atmosphere of the rooms.

Some rooms may be noisy due to air conditioning units outside the window. An extra charge was put on the card upon check-in, causing confusion with payment.

We also found it very convenient to get to all the main attractions. The service was excellent, with helpful staff providing everything we needed from room amenities to room service. We appreciated the little touches like a welcome drink and the restaurant manager ensuring our dinner was just right. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was also lovely, with separate tub and shower.

That we were not allowed to sit and eat in the restaurant or any other sitting area during our stay. However, the hotel was still a great choice for families with children, and we would highly recommend it.

The Hilton at Olympia offers great amenities and activities for bigger groups of friends. The staff members in the lounge and breakfast area are wonderful, with Samir particularly standing out for his attentive and efficient service at breakfast.

The overall experience felt cosy, with nothing being too much trouble.
